Ala'a SaifWeb Engineer, Business Analyst, and Engineering Manager.

Portrait of Ala'a Saif

I work across technology, people, and business to understand real needs, shape practical direction, and help build digital products that are reliable, accessible, and maintainable.

One practice across business, leadership, and engineering.

My work often begins with understanding what is needed, continues through technical planning and coordination, and reaches implementation and long-term maintenance. Working across these areas helps me connect business needs with practical delivery rather than treating analysis, management, and engineering as separate activities.

Business Analysis

Clarifying needs, requirements, constraints, and the problem the product needs to solve.

Engineering Management

Shaping technical direction, organizing delivery, coordinating work, and keeping implementation aligned with priorities and standards.

Web Engineering

Building and maintaining frontend and CMS-based systems, including accessibility, technical SEO, reliability, and maintainability.

Technway

Where the different parts of my work come together.

At Technway, I contribute across business analysis, engineering management, technical planning, product decisions, and client delivery. It is where I can follow a need from the first conversation through planning, implementation, and long-term improvement.

Business understanding

Clarifying needs, priorities, context, and the problem behind the request.

Engineering direction

Turning requirements into a practical plan, clear responsibilities, and maintainable decisions.

Frontend and CMS delivery

Building and improving interfaces, content systems, and the connections between them.

Client and platform work

Supporting delivery from the first conversation through launch, maintenance, and continued improvement.

Experience shaped in different environments.

My experience has developed through building Technway, contributing within an established international team, and working independently with clients. Each context has shaped a different part of how I think and work.
